"Friday night at the Aud, Elefante performed a solo acoustic set. About 8 years ago, I witnessed him solo here, and once again, he delivered a fantastic show. Honoring fan requests, he moved between 16 guitars and his keyboard, displaying a thoughtful mood as he shared stories of his sister's recent passing, his visit with Rochester friends, his grandmother's advice... Reminiscing with the audience through song and an occasional story, he appeared to enjoy the interaction. His passionate voice and stirring poetry remain unchanged. Men, along with women, were shouting "I love you Elefante," showing their adoration for his messages. The crowd, mostly older, had a few younger fans sprinkled throughout, adding to the fun. In my home, I'm proud to be raising at least one JB fan :)"
